Uslovi putovanja prevoznika Terra Travel

 

1. Karta se izdaje na lično ime i ne može se ustupiti drugom. Karta se mora pokazati na zahtev ovlašćenog lica. Povratna karta važi 6 meseci.

2. Rezervacija mesta se vrši pri izdavanju karte. Rezervacija mesta za povratak mora se obezbediti najmanje 5 dana pre datuma polaska, a putnik će biti prihvaćen u okviru raspoloživih mesta. Ako je putnik kupio kartu sa definisanim datumom povratka dužan je da ovaj datum potvrdi najmanje 5 dana pre povratka. Prevoznik zadržava pravo da proda mesta koja nisu potvrđena.

3. U slučaju otkazivanja ili odlaganja putovanja u roku od najmanje 2 sata pre polaska, prevoznik zadržava parvo naplate u visini od 10% cene karte na ime troškova i rezervacije. Uko0liko se putovanje ne otkaže, odnosno, odloži najmanje 2 sata pre polaska, putnik gubi pravo na povraćaj novca, odnosno, promenu datuma putovanja.

4. Prevoz prtljaga se naplaćuje prema cenovniku. Odgovornost putnika je da se uveri da je prtljag utovaren i istovaren iz autobusa. U slučaju nastale štete, putnik mora podneti prijavu prevozniku odmah nakon završetka putovanja, po preuzimanju prtljaga I priložiti prtljažnu kartu. Dimenzije prtljaga  30 x 70 x 20cm i 30kg težine

Prilikom ulaska u autobus putnik može da prijavi prtljag koji ima vrednost veću od 100 EUR po jedinici prtljaga, kao i lomljiv prtljag, o čemu se sačinjava posebna beleška na svim primercima prtljažne karte, koju potpisuju putnik, vozač i kondukter, na osnovu predhodnog uvida u sadržaj prtljaga i procene njegove vrednosti

-   U slučaju krađe ili gubitka prtljaga krivicom prevoznika, prevoznik može da odgovara samo za vrednost prtljaga do 100 EUR u dinarskoj protivrednosti po jedinici prtljaga, uz obavezu putnika da priloži prtljažnu kartu kao dokaz. U slučaju krađe ili gubitka ručnog prtljaga prevoznik ne preuzima odgovornost niti vrši nadoknadu.

-  Za lomljiv prtljag prevoznik nije odgovoran.

-  Dozvoljena količina prtljaga su dve standardne jedinice (torbe ili koferi)

-  Prtljag se naplaćuje po važećem cenovniku.

5. Putnik je odgovoran za ispravnost I važnost putnih isprava, viza i poštovanje carinskih, zdravstvenih i drugih graničnih propisa.

6. Prevoznik ne odgovara za kašnjenja putnika prouzrokovana situacijama na koje ne može da utiče, tzv. "viša sila" (vremenske prilike, gužve na graničnim prelazima, saobraćajne gužve) i ne vrši nadoknadu moguće štete koja je tim povodom nastupila.

7. Putnika koga su pogranični organi njegovom greškom zadržali više od 30 minuta, prevoznik nije dužan da čeka i ne snosi troškove njegovog daljeg prevoza i/ili boravka. Prevoznik nije odgovoran ukoliko pogranične ili imigracione službe ne odobre ulazak putnika u drugu zemlju i ne snosi troškove njegovog daljeg prevoza i/ili boravka. Putnik je dužan da se blagovremeno informiše o uslovima putovanja u odredišnu i/ili tranzitnu zemlju

 

Terms and conditions - Terra Travel

1. The ticket is issued to a specific individual and cannot be transferred to someone else. The ticket must be shown at the request of an authorized person. The ticket is valid for 6 months.

2. Seats are booked when the ticket is issued. Booking a seat for the return trip must be done at least 5 days before the departure date, and the passenger’s booking will be accepted within the available seats. If the passenger bought a ticket with a defined return date, the passenger is obliged to confirm this date at least 5 days before the return. The carrier reserves the right to sell seats that have not been confirmed.

3. In case of cancellation or rescheduling of the trip at least 2 hours before departure, the carrier retains the right to charge a fee in the amount of 10% of the ticket price for expenses and reservations. If the trip is not canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before departure, the passenger loses the right to a refund or change of travel date.

4. Baggage transportation is charged according to the pricelist. It is the responsibility of the passenger to make sure that the luggage is loaded and unloaded from the bus. In case of damage, the passenger must submit a complaint to the carrier immediately after the end of the trip, after picking up their luggage, and enclose a luggage ticket. The maximum luggage dimensions are 30x70x20cm and the maximum allowed weight is 30kg.

Upon boarding the bus, the passenger can report luggage worth over 100 EUR per unit of luggage, as well as fragile luggage, via a special note made on all copies of the luggage ticket, signed by the passenger, driver, and conductor, and based on prior insight into luggage content and estimates of its value.

  • In case of luggage theft or loss resulting from the carrier's actions, the carrier can only be responsible for the value of luggage up to 100 EUR (in Serbian dinars value) per unit of luggage, with the passenger being required to enclose the luggage ticket as proof. In cases of theft or loss of hand luggage, the carrier does not take responsibility nor owes any compensation.
  • The carrier is not responsible for fragile luggage.
  • The allowed amount of luggage is two standard units (bags or suitcases).
  • Luggage is charged according to the current pricelist.

5. The passenger is responsible for the validity and authenticity of travel documents and visas, as well as for compliance with regulations pertaining to customs, health, and other border regulations.

6. The carrier is not responsible for the delays caused by situations beyond the carrier's control, the so-called "force majeure" (weather conditions, traffic jams at border crossings, traffic jams) and does not provide compensation for possible damage or inconvenience that occurred on that occasion.

7. The carrier is not obliged to wait for a passenger who has been detained by the border authorities, due to the passenger's fault, for more than 30 minutes, and does not bear the costs of his or her further transport and/or stay. The carrier is not liable if the border or immigration services do not authorize the entry of the passenger into another country and does not bear the costs of the passenger’s further transport and/or stay. The passenger is required to be timely informed about the conditions of travel to the country of destination/transit.
